♥ Shall I See You Again in Heaven?

I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of GOD which is in CHRIST JESUS our LORD.  - Romans 8:38, 39.

The only son of a businessman was suffering from an incurable disease and was being nursed at home. When the doctor came to pay his last visit on the day the young man died and entered the room quietly, the patient said with the hint of a smile, "Goodbye, doctor! Shall I see you in heaven? "

The question struck the doctor like lightning. He suddenly realized that the Christian faith, the faith of The BIBLE, was not merely a vague ideal. Here he was confronted by an unshakable certainty that held out and gave the dying lad strength even in the face of death.

The doctor was unable to give a straightforward, positive reply at that moment. But the memory of the confidence and assurance that he had perceived not only in the words but also on the face of the dying young man gave him no peace for the next few weeks. Eventually he accepted JESUS CHRIST as his SAVIOR and LORD and himself found that assurance of faith.

"If GOD is for us, then who can be against us? HE who did not spare HIS own beloved SON, but delivered HIM for us all, how shall HE not with HIM also give us all things?"- Romans 8:31, 32.
